Returns & Refunds

All Layered Bone Co. products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or ordering errors.

We do stand behind our work.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items that have been installed, mounted, or used are not eligible for return.
